Sonto Studio is an exploration of art beyond the frame.

Born in Norway and shaped by a fascination with nature, stillness and the beauty found in ordinary moments, the studio creates pieces designed to be lived in.

The idea began with the sky.

There were days when the colours above me felt almost unreal—as though God had taken a brush to the horizon. Fleeting compositions of light, colour and form, there for a moment and then gone.

I wanted to hold on to that feeling.

Sonto Studio grew from a desire to capture what moves us and translate it into something tangible.

Each collection begins with a thought, a story, an observation. These are interpreted through original artwork and transformed into pieces that exist somewhere between clothing and canvas.
