Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Sonto Studio pieces.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
